This is a web app; app-store download figures are not available. Usage events begin with this update; earlier registrations and quiz points are retained. Client-reported usage may be incomplete if a browser blocks reporting.

Use a test link first. Stripe handles checkout and payment details. Manage payments and subscriptions in Stripe. This connection does not automatically grant or revoke app access, or show payment status in the registration list. No API keys are needed here.
